ALERT 

On December 3, 2024, a federal district court ruled the Corporate Transparency Act is likely unconstitutional and issued a nationwide preliminary injunction prohibiting the enforcement of the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reports. This is an evolving situation, but until further court order, reporting companies are legally not required to comply with the BOI reporting requirements. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as needed.
